In lieu of a regular workout, I tried out surfing for the first time on Sunday. It's definitely a great workout for your arms and back. I feel like I did several hours of lifting. I suppose it would probably be great for your legs, too, if you can stand up. I just haven't mastered that part yet.

july 2010 goals

My goals:
  • complete the first 4 weeks of the c25k program

Rewards:

I want shoes like these, though I will probably have to settle for a less expensive version.
