Keep Moving Forward

Hi!  I'm Kim.  I love working out, but I'm terrible at motivating myself.  So, when Sin suggested we do this blog, I thought it was a great idea.  I love the more low-impact exercises like Yoga, Pilates, and Dance, but I'm really hoping to train myself to love running, too.

Long term goals:

  • Run 5k without stopping
  • Reach and maintain a 22 BMI
