What is KMF?

Keep Moving Forward the online workout "journal" of Kim and Sinja.

Think of it as trading work out journals without actually having to:

  • Write everything down in a book
  • Keep the book for weeks at a time
  • Find an appropriate sized envelope 
  • Drive to the post office
  • Spend money on postage
  • Wait for it to arrive at its destination
  • Repeat the above process
This way just seems a lot easier don't you think?
