Keep Moving Forward

So I know it's been a while

But I still enjoy working out. So I figure I might as well just keep writing on. And get it all out.


I'm currently working on my cutting phase. So I've had a little bit of muscle loss. Not too much but some.


I think it's time to break out the supplements and maybe cycle a little bit of creatine and fat burner to get to those last few stubborn bits.


Lift heavier. Train harder. Run further!
