In lieu of a regular workout, I tried out surfing for the first time on Sunday. It's definitely a great workout for your arms and back. I feel like I did several hours of lifting. I suppose it would probably be great for your legs, too, if you can stand up. I just haven't mastered that part yet.

I do have several bruises, including a weird one on my thumb knuckle. I'm not really sure how I managed that one.
